Andres did an amazing job diagnosing and explaining what the issue was. I went to 3 other places and no one was able to explain the issue and the recommended fix to me. The 3 places also wanted to keep my vehicle more than a week and that's a huge no for me. E1 was able to get me right within 4 hours of dropping it off and the price was $300 less than what was quoted by other shops. I was a bit concerned with how long I waited to get this done almost a year 😬( don't judge me I'm just a gal 🤷🏾😆) but thank goodness it was no further damages acquired by my neglect. All in all E1 is A1 ❤️

Earnest and his team took great care of my car! I will be back! They fixed a leak in head gasket, tightened up my alignment and repaired chewed battery wires. He and his crew kept in touch with me straight through finish, answered my questions and did such a great job with customer service and repair!

I randomly came across this automotive shop. I was pleasantly surprised and how kind a professional they were . I’m new to the area , newly divorced so finding a place that felt safe was a huge plus. I’ll be returning to and always for all of my car care needs. I was extremely Impressed.

They spent a week looking of my car for an electrical issue I couldn’t figure out for months. They traced the problem and broken parts then refused to charge me money I was struggling to afford. They had great integrity, were efficient & purposeful, & they have great communication and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend & will definitely be returning in the future.

​If you are tired of searching and searching for a mechanic you can actually trust, do yourself a favor and come to E1 Auto. It is so hard to find a shop that is both reasonably priced and completely truthful, but these guys nail it. They are incredibly fast, and the front desk staff is amazing to deal with. I’ve trusted them with two of my vehicles now and plan on keeping them as my primary shop for everything else. Great people and great service!
